This site collects details only when you choose to leave them in the contact form, or when you write to us on WhatsApp.
What is collected
- The details you filled in: name, phone number, city, salon name, and a message if you wrote one.
- Basic usage data recorded by the server, such as IP address and the time of the request, for security and operational purposes.
What it is used for
To come back to you and match an agent to your area. We do not sell these details and do not pass them to a third party, other than the infrastructure providers who run the site and the mail for us.
Retention and deletion
An enquiry is kept for as long as it is relevant to the business relationship. You can ask at any time to see the details held, correct them or delete them — by writing on WhatsApp to the number shown on the site.
