Warranty

What a faulty product means, how it is checked, and what the check produces.

A hair extension is not a product with a fixed warranty period the way an appliance is. What does exist is a clear procedure for a faulty product: who is responsible for collection, who pays the postage, who examines it, and what happens if the examination finds the product sound.

A warranty period in weeks or months is not published here. It has no approved source, and a number like that is a commitment — see below for exactly what is missing.

The procedure for a faulty product

  1. 01

    You tell us

Through one of the contact channels. A salon goes through professional support; a private customer through the contact page. With the notice: what happened, when, and the order number.

  2. 02

    The product reaches us

Responsibility for collection or replacement from the customer's home is ours. We may ask you to send it by post — at our expense, not yours.

  3. 03

    We examine it

A product declared faulty is examined by us. This is not a formality: the difference between a manufacturing fault and damage caused in use or at removal is what the examination establishes.

  4. 04

    Repair, replacement — or return

If a fault is found we repair or replace. If it is found sound, no refund is issued, and you may ask us to send it back on payment of a shipping fee.

The limits

What is not a fault

Damage at removal

A bond pulled off by force, with heat, or with a solvent that is not the dedicated remover. See removal is part of the method.

Damage from aftercare

Conditioner or mask at the root, shampoo containing salts, excess heat on the bond, sulphur water or the Dead Sea. All of these appear explicitly in the aftercare instructions.

A shade that came out differently

A shade mismatch is not a product fault — it is a matching failure, which is why matching is closed against the physical board. The route is professional support.

The products on this site are manufactured by third parties. That is stated in the terms of use, and it is relevant here: the right to approach the manufacturer exists alongside this procedure, not instead of it. See terms of use.
