For a salon that already knows what it needs, going product by product is wasted time. This table is the short way: brand, shade code, length and quantity — up to eight lines — and the request reaches your area agent.

This is a request, not a committed order. Nothing is charged, no price is recorded, and no shop order is created. The agent comes back with availability and with anything missing, and that is when it gets closed.

An empty line is simply not sent. Length — in the unit you work in; if you are not sure, write what the client asked for and the agent will fill in the rest.

This request is not a committed order and does not charge anything. It reaches your area agent, who comes back to you with availability and with anything missing.

If you are not sure what to enter

Three pointers

Shade code

A single number (1b), a root transition (1b/7) or a lightened blend (DB3). How to read a shade code.

Length

In the unit you work in. ⚠️ The measuring point is not standard across the market, so on a first order it is worth writing what the client asked for and letting the agent fill in the rest. What is measured.

Quantity

In packs. ⚠️ The definition of a "unit" is not the same across methods — if you are not sure, write the number of packs and add a note.
