Delivery within the State of Israel only. This site makes no promise of international shipping, and choosing a language is not choosing a delivery destination: you can read the site in English and order to an address in Israel.

A "business day" means Sunday to Thursday, excluding national rest days, the eve of a public holiday, and days on which banks in Israel do not operate.

Five rules
No minimum order
There is no minimum order value. The order total does not include the shipping fee, and that fee may change from time to time.
An item out of stock
If an ordered item is unavailable we will let you know within 2 business days. If we cannot reach you, the order ships without the missing item.
If nobody was home
If the courier arrived at the agreed time and there was nobody to receive the order, it is returned and reshipped once an additional shipping fee is paid.
Leaving it at the door or with a neighbour
If you asked in advance that the order be left at the door or with a named neighbour, the additional fee does not apply, and responsibility for the order left that way is yours.
Central collection point
For an organisation, institution, kibbutz or locality that cannot be entered without special permission, or that has no ordered register of streets and house numbers, the order is delivered to the central collection point there.
What is not our responsibility
Delay by force majeure, delay caused at the courier, or a shutdown that disrupts our operation or our suppliers'.
Shipping outside Israel
This site does not offer shipping outside Israel, and there is no international rate table here. If you are a distributor, salon or buyer outside Israel, the route is the partners and suppliers track on the contact page, and terms are set case by case there.
