Will the bonds show?
It depends on the method. In tape, the bond is a thin micro tab which, per the company's material, is almost entirely hidden and hard to detect even by hand. In weaving there is no adhesive and no heat bond, and the bond is the woven section itself. What really decides it is where the stylist places the bonds and in what shade — which is why it is settled in the salon.
Will it damage my hair?
None of the three methods we sell uses chemicals during application, and none involves heat bonding. Where damage does happen is at removal: a bond pulled off by force or with the wrong solvent tears natural hair. The tape line has a dedicated remover made exactly for this.
Can I swim in the sea and in a pool?
Yes, on the tape line. Per the company's material the double adhesion surface holds up in water, in sea water and in pool water. After the sea or a pool, rinse in cold water first and only then wash. What is ruled out entirely: sulphur water — Hamat Gader, for instance — and the Dead Sea. They can damage the extension and change its colour.
What should I not do at home?
Do not wash for the first 48 hours. Do not apply mask or conditioner at the root — only on the ends, and at most to mid-length. Do not comb fully wet hair, and do not comb downwards: work from the ends upwards. Use a salt-free shampoo. The full instructions.
Can I blow-dry and straighten?
You can, carefully: excess heat on the tape itself destroys it. Heavy use of a dryer, straightener or curling wand shortens the life of the extension. If you are styling somewhere other than with the stylist who fitted it, take care not to heat the bond area.
I have had a keratin treatment. Can I have extensions fitted?
Not recommended immediately afterwards. There are treatments after which it is fine, and your stylist knows which. If the treatment was done by another stylist, tell whoever is fitting before the work begins.

I see a different price from the one I was quoted. Why?
The shop holds two prices for the same product: retail, visible to everyone, and professional, which opens only once a business account has been approved. The stock is the same stock. Open an account.
How long does account approval take?
Every request is checked by hand. We come back the same business day. Until approval the account exists and works, and the prices shown in it are the retail ones.
Which line should I order for a client asking for thickness?

How do I match a shade without getting it wrong?
In daylight, at mid-length rather than at the root, and if you are between two, take the darker. Matching is closed against the physical board the agent brings, not against a screen. Shade guide.
How do I remove tape without ruining the weft?
With the brand's dedicated remover. Per the company's material it is matched to the double adhesion strength, allows removal in a single pull, and leaves the adhesion surface clean — so the weft can be refitted on the client's head.
What arrived is not what I ordered.
